EXCLUSIONS

The following exclusions apply to the free or flat rate shipping offer:

Not valid on shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and APO/AFO/DPO addresses. Shipping costs to addresses located outside of 48 contiguous states will be calculated at checkout. 

SHIPPING TIMELINES

Orders containing in-stock items are processed and dispatched as soon as possible and shipped within 1-2 business days of ordering and delivered within 1-2 weeks after dispatch. Pre-order items are processed as soon as the items are in stock and do not fall under our standard processing times. 

Items that ship directly from the manufacturer generally take 1-4 weeks for delivery of these items, unless otherwise noted.
